Fertility Reflexology 
This form of reflexology can be used by couples who are having difficulty conceiving, particularly those with unexplained infertility, but not exclusively these clients, for example those with PCOS or Endometriosis.
Fertility Reflexlogy can support the client considering a more natural approach to conception or those clients undergoing Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART).
Others may use reflexology prior to ART as a preparation and balancing of the systems.
It is the clients choice and Reflexologists who are trained in Fertility Reflexology will respect and work alongside their client.
Many clients find this a very stressful and emotional roller coaster time. The opportunity to have a supporting therapist who understands their needs and provides the opportunity for 'me time' away from the demands of life by helping to relax and balance the body can make such a difference to the way in which they cope with this aspect of their life.

During a consultation
The reflexologist will take a detailed history about the couple.  An action plan will be agreed with the client based on their requirements.  
The ideal recommendation would be to have reflexology weekly, however this should be planned to fit in with the client's lifestyle.

The Fertility Reflexology plan will give the client a greater understanding of how their body works. They will see the benefits of this work on their menstrual cycle. Through this they will achieve better health and wellbeing, and it will support their chances of conceiving naturally or preparing for assisted conception.

They are designed to be used alongside the medication cycle whether you are down-regulating, stimulating or in the two week wait; as a means to support the client and minimise any side effects.
